European in style,
Californian by nature
What lineup of wines has been touted by Eric Asimov of the New York Times as a unique style, worthy of highlighting? What wines are perfect food wines? Eminently quaffable? If you haven’t tasted a Dashe “Les Enfants Terribles” wine, you owe it to yourself to try. You’ll be instantly seduced by the velvety texture, the bright fruit, and the sensuous mouthfeel.
From the start, these wines were our “Wild Children.” Named by Anne Dashe herself, who thought that Les Enfants Terribles perfectly described how different the wines were in style from other Dashe wines. We wanted to make a line of more “European-styled” wines: lower alcohol, balanced, food-friendly, less oak influence, and lighter in color and tannin. They are simply delicious, luscious wines.
Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, Grenache...
