Todd Brothers Ranch
There are very few vineyards in California that can truly be called out as "Grand Cru" vineyards. The Todd Brothers Ranch in Geyserville within the Alexander Valley AVA is one of them.
The bright red volcanic soil, steep rocky terrain, and old head-trained vines of this property make this terroir unique, producing some of the best, most structured wines from Sonoma County. The Zinfandel and Petite Sirah fruit from the Todd Brothers Ranch are incredibly complex, showing intensity and layers that make the resulting wines almost Cabernet Sauvignon-like in their stature and structure. They taste incredibly good on release, and continue to develop for many years afterward.
Now, you can get the award-winning wines from this incredible property.
The Todd Brothers Zinfandels and The Comet from Dashe Cellars consistently rate in the 90s with Wine & Spirits, Robert Parker, and in competitions throughout the US.

- 2018 Petite Sirah, Todd Brothers Ranch
Dark purple to black in color, this wine has intense aromas of blackberry, plum, and coffee, while the palate finds chocolate, currant, and licorice. Beautiful texture and a long, persistent finish, one of the most supple Petite Sirahs made from this vineyard. Will easily continue to age and improve for over 20 years.
This is one of our most stylish and profound wines: big, rich, chocolate and blackberry fruit, spicy, and having a long, rich, chocolate finish. It’s structured almost more like a Cabernet Sauvignon than a Zinfandel, with substantial tannins, balanced acidity, and loads of black fruit.
This wine is made of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel, blended with 130-year-old vine Carignane. The blend makes for a very complex, balanced, dark wine with a long, long finish. It’s a quintessential steak-house wine, made to go with food. It will last in the cellar for years!
