This wine is made of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel, blended with 130-year-old vine Carignane. The blend makes for a very complex, balanced, dark wine with a long, long finish. It’s a quintessential steak-house wine, made to go with food. It will last in the cellar for years!
Perfect conditions in the vineyard created a perfect combination of crisp and lush in the bottle! This wine has aromas of citrus blossom and honeycomb with bright apple flavors that evolve to spicy minerality on the palate thanks to our concrete egg fermentation vessel.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is from the biodynamic Heart Arrow Ranch in Mendocino county. It’s very much Bordeaux-style, full of flavors of cassis, blackberry, violets, black cherry, pencil lead, and chocolate. Aged in great French oak, it can be cellared for decades.
This wine is a blend of Mourvedre, Carignane, and Zinfandel, all from 130-year-old vines planted in 1888. This is one of the most interesting and velvety wines we make; a sensuous wine and one of our favorite complex wines for a special meal.
From one of the oldest vineyards in the state, the Bedrock Vineyard was originally planted in 1854 with these vines dating to 1888. This wine is very structured with firm acids and silky tannins. Aromas of black raspberry and black cherry precede the black fruit, rosemary, thyme, and spice flavors on the palate. Aged for 10 months in French oak, this wine is luscious with great balance.
This is one of our most stylish and profound wines: big, rich, chocolate and blackberry fruit, spicy, and having a long, rich, chocolate finish. It’s structured almost more like a Cabernet Sauvignon than a Zinfandel, with substantial tannins, balanced acidity, and loads of black fruit.
Beautiful texture, intense fruit flavors of blackberry and cassis, hints of chocolate and licorice, great acidity and balance. One of the most sensual Dry Creek Zinfandels we’ve made, with viscous texture, round sweet fruit flavors, and a long and balanced red-fruit finish.

Wine Spectator January 2021 review: Plump black cherry, blueberry and sarsaparilla flavors are generous and juicy, with appealing spice, cola and black tea notes and a fresh detail of orange zest on the harmonious and complex finish. Carignane, Barbera, Petite Sirah, Mourvèdre, Teroldego, Tannat and Zinfandel.
2016 is our 20th anniversary and we felt a sparkling wine was the perfect way to celebrate. This elegant wine is made from Chenin Blanc that we harvested at night, fermented cold, and aged on the yeast for 20 months. The floral aroma is accompanied by minerals, toast, & flavors of stone fruits balanced citrus acidity.
Our new addition to our 'Les Enfants Terribles' Wild Children. Made in a Loire Valley style with grapes from Clarksburg, it shows fresh, vibrant fruit that is complex and mouthfilling. The unusual combination of flavors–cassis, blueberry, pomegranate and spice–make this one of the most compelling Dashe wines ever.
These organically-grown gnarled, 30+ year-old vines are from high in the mountains of Potter Valley. We made this wine bone dry and has powerful aromas, a mouthfilling velvety structure, and a depth of flavor that makes it one of the most age-worthy Rieslings we’ve ever produced.
One of our most aromatic wines, with floral and bright red fruit aromas, this is a wonderfully food-friendly wine. The cool climate and rocky soil of the Florence Vineyard in the north of Dry Creek Valley make for an exceptionally vibrant and intense Zinfandel.
