Intense fruit flavors of blackberry and cassis, hints of chocolate and licorice, great acidity and balance. One of the most sensual Dry Creek Zinfandels we’ve made, with a luscious texture, complex fruit flavors, and a long and balanced red-fruit finish.
This wine is made of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel, blended with 130-year-old vine Carignane. The blend makes for a very complex, balanced, dark wine with a long, long finish. It’s a quintessential steak-house wine, made to go with food. It will last in the cellar for years!
This wine is a blend of Mourvedre, Carignane, and Zinfandel, all from 130-year-old vines planted in 1888. This is one of the most interesting and velvety wines we make; a sensuous wine and one of our favorite complex wines for a special meal.
This is the first Petite Sirah that we’ve made at Dashe Cellars that is a combination of two of our favorite Dry Creek Valley vineyards: the Louvau Ranch and the West Ranch.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is from the biodynamic Heart Arrow Ranch in Mendocino county. It’s very much Bordeaux-style, full of flavors of cassis, blackberry, violets, black cherry, pencil lead, and chocolate. Aged in great French oak, it can be cellared for decades.
