2016 is our 20th anniversary and we felt a sparkling wine was the perfect way to celebrate. This elegant wine is made from Chenin Blanc that we harvested at night, fermented cold, and aged on the yeast for 20 months. The floral aroma is accompanied by minerals, toast, & flavors of stone fruits balanced citrus acidity.
This wine has great depth of flavors, earthy, mineral, floral, and pear fruit. On the mid-palate, lovely fruit flavors of pear, apricot, and peach, mixed with minerals, earth, and a touch of fennel spice. Great with rich or spicy foods!
The warm 2018 vintage produced fully ripened fruit resulting in a deep reddish-pink color that hints at the wonderful aromatics and rich, velvety texture and wild cherry and pomegranate flavors of this exceptional rosé.
Minerals, spice, and beautiful aromatics and texture. We use a 500-gallon egg-shaped concrete fermentation vessel—affectionately named Bart—to highlight the minerality of the grapes, and the results have exceeded our expectations again.
