The grapes for this blend came primarily from the Signal Ridge Vineyard and was modeled after Grand Cru wines from the Beaujolais region of France. Its light red color, excellent aromatics, and silky-smooth texture mark it as more “Old World” style of wine.
This wine is made of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel, blended with 130-year-old vine Carignane. The blend makes for a very complex, balanced, dark wine with a long, long finish. It’s a quintessential steak-house wine, made to go with food. It will last in the cellar for years!
This is one of our most stylish and profound wines: big, rich, chocolate and blackberry fruit, spicy, and having a long, rich, chocolate finish. It’s structured almost more like a Cabernet Sauvignon than a Zinfandel, with substantial tannins, balanced acidity, and loads of black fruit.
Beautiful texture, intense fruit flavors of blackberry and cassis, hints of chocolate and licorice, great acidity and balance. One of the most sensual Dry Creek Zinfandels we’ve made, with viscous texture, round sweet fruit flavors, and a long and balanced red-fruit finish.
Hot days and cool nights produce this dry Rosé with beautiful aromatics, flavors of cherry and pomegranate and fresh acidity. Wonderful on its own as well as the perfect pairing to go with appetizers and light summer meals.
A brand-new wine to Dashe Cellars, this ancestrale methode sparkling wine is otherwise known as a 'Pet Nat'. We've aged this wine in the bottle since 2017, long aging in the bottle alongside the native yeast contributes to its nutty, almost cider-like aromas and flavors. A perfect wine for pairing with strong cheeses and nuts, or simply enjoying a glass with friends!
From the Lilly Hill vineyard, the steep slopes and rocky soils help these vines produce grapes that are concentrated and complex. Harvested a month later, the grapes they maintain their acidity, resulting in a focused and crisp dessert wine.
This wine is a blend of Mourvedre, Carignane, and Zinfandel, all from 130-year-old vines planted in 1888. This is one of the most interesting and velvety wines we make; a sensuous wine and one of our favorite complex wines for a special meal.
We take this fruit from the biodynamically farmed Heart Arrow Ranch in Mendocino Co, ferment using whole clusters and uncrushed grapes, followed by aging in 900-gallon casks to create a wine that is more similar to a Beaujolais than a California Zinfandel. Soft and velvety with flavors of black cherry and strawberry.
Perfect conditions in the vineyard created a perfect combination of crisp and lush in the bottle! This wine has aromas of citrus blossom and honeycomb with bright apple flavors that evolve to spicy minerality on the palate thanks to our concrete egg fermentation vessel.
A beautiful wine that offers bright, lively fruit with a great structure and balance. This Grenache is made in almost a Grand Cru Beaujolais style that offers a velvety texture with aromas of wild strawberry and flavors of strawberries and raspberries and a finish of minerals and peppery spice.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is from the biodynamic Heart Arrow Ranch in Mendocino county. It’s very much Bordeaux-style, full of flavors of cassis, blackberry, violets, black cherry, pencil lead, and chocolate. Aged in great French oak, it can be cellared for decades.
