This wine is made of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel, blended with 130-year-old vine Carignane. The blend makes for a very complex, balanced, dark wine with a long, long finish. It’s a quintessential steak-house wine, made to go with food. It will last in the cellar for years!
Our newest single-vineyard wine from one of the most prestigious regions for Zinfandel in California: the Rockpile AVA. This wine is absolutely bursting with floral and black fruit aromas, featuring great texture and mouthfilling flavors of black raspberry, black cherry, chocolate, violets, and spice. Long-aging, but delicious to drink right now. A perfect celebration wine.
The sloped rocky soil of the Louvau Vineyard is perfect for growing Zinfandel. These 100-year-old vines produce dark, concentrated fruit that makes a wine of great depth and complexity. Flavors of black cherry and cassis with a peppery finish.
Maggie’s Reserve Vineyard was made famous by the late Kent Rosenblum, who grew Rosenblum Cellars into one of the world's most well-known Zinfandel producers. This Maggie’s Reserve Zinfandel was initially produced by Kent’s daughter Shauna Rosenblum, owner and winemaker of Rockwall Cellars. When Shauna closed Rockwall Cellars in 2022, she offered us the 2021 Maggie’s Reserve Zinfandel. We were honored to cellar and finish this wine, which offers both delicate and complex flavors of blackberry, pomegranate, chocolate, and vanilla in a structured wine with years of aging potential.
This is the first Petite Sirah that we’ve made at Dashe Cellars that is a combination of two of our favorite Dry Creek Valley vineyards: the Louvau Ranch and the West Ranch.
This is one of our most stylish and profound wines: big, rich, chocolate and blackberry fruit, spicy, and having a long, rich, chocolate finish. It’s structured almost more like a Cabernet Sauvignon than a Zinfandel, with substantial tannins, balanced acidity, and loads of black fruit.
This wine is a blend of Mourvedre, Carignane, and Zinfandel, all from 130-year-old vines planted in 1888. This is one of the most interesting and velvety wines we make; a sensuous wine and one of our favorite complex wines for a special meal.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is from the biodynamic Heart Arrow Ranch in Mendocino county. It’s very much Bordeaux-style, full of flavors of cassis, blackberry, violets, black cherry, pencil lead, and chocolate. Aged in great French oak, it can be cellared for decades.
