2019 Zinfandel, Louvau Vineyard "Block 2"

Block 2 on the Louvau Vineyard has always been one of our favorite sections of the vineyard: steep slopes, well-drained rocky soils, and small yields of intensely flavored fruit. Although these vines at 30 years old are relatively youthful, they’ve always produced some of the darkest, and most ripe-tasting wines on the entire site. The 2019 version is quite luscious and mouthfilling.
