Winemaker Comments
The Louvau Vineyard is one of our most known vineyards, located in the center of the Dry Creek Valley. We’ve been making wine from this vineyard since 2001, and these old-vine Zinfandel vines (over 100 years old!) never fail to make one of most structured, age-worthy Zinfandels made at Dashe. This ranges more towards the black fruit spectrum: cassis, blackberry, chocolate, minerals.
