2024 Blending Workshop

Join Michael and Anne Dashe, as well as Winemaker René Calderon, as they teach you the art of blending and join you for lunch! This is always the most popular workshop of the year and typically sells out within hours.
- First, you will learn about the various components of wine and gain hands-on knowledge of oak influence, aroma, taste, and balance.
- You will explore different component wines from recent vintages, and discover the intricacies of each varietal, vineyard block, barrel flavor, and how they blend and build on each other.
- Then, the fun begins! We will provide you with the base component wines and you’ll create your cuvée.
- After you have created—and named—your signature blend, you will be treated to a delicious lunch in the cellar.
This is a hands-on workshop that is open to all skill sets, the only requirement is a love of wine! Don't wait, you don't want to miss out! seating is extremely limited.

COST: $125 per ticket
LIMIT: 2 tickets per membership - space is extremely limited
INCLUDED: Ticket price includes the workshop itself, lunch with wine included, and one bottle of your signature blend. Plus, if you love your blend, we will be able to bottle additional for purchase. All wines will be available for pickup the following week.
