2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, Heart Arrow Ranch
Complex, balanced Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Northern California's best organic (and biodynamic!) vineyards, the Heart Arrow Ranch. This Cabernet comes from sustainably-grown vines planted on a steep slope of bright red, rocky, volcanic soil. The vines struggle, which produces tiny amounts of intense, complex fruit that we make into structured, almost Bordeaux-like Cabernet Sauvignon.
